To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
As appointment times are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Please ensure you arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting the next clients booking, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Repeated missed appointments will require full payment for future bookings.
To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones be placed on silent during your treatment.
All gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment.
Please advise your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or medications that may affect your treatment.
This allows us to tailor your experience and ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain skin conditions, medications or medical circumstances.
Our therapists reserve the right to modify or decline treatments where necessary to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
Membership treatments must be used within the terms of your membership agreement and cannot be transferred to another person.
